DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
CARMELA BERNARDO
The Director of Operations is responsible for coordinating the following functions: Administration, Finance and Control, Human Resources, Organization and Information Systems, Showroom Assistance and Development, Logistics and Purchasing. The Human Resources department ensures the adequacy of the organizational structure and the human resources profile with respect to the business development plans and the evolution of the internal/external context. The IT department, in line with the company development lines, ensures the integrated definition and control of IT plans and projects. The department ensures the alignment of the Company with current laws and regulations, collaborating in the evaluation of the work of employees and FBOs.

MARCO FORTUNA
The Director of Sales is responsible for coordinating the following assigned functions and resources: Events and Communications, Marketing, FBO Specialist, Web Development, International Events, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs. Ensures the effectiveness of the general marketing plan defined by the company.
ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
ALESSANDRO FALCONE
The department guarantees punctuality in the payment of your bonuses, in tax and social security obligations, in the management of collections from customers. It provides support and assistance to the Representatives on all aspects concerning the tax and contribution position. It also takes care of managing all company’s accounting up to the preparation of the balance sheet.

LAURA MASTRANGELO
The department manages: Customer Service, Orders/Invoicing and FBOs’ Development and Career. Customer Service provides information regarding shipments, orders and business. The Order Office manages orders received, everything is managed electronically, without using paper in an environmentally friendly way. The FBO Development and Career provides dedicated assistance to FBOs with CCs and qualification monitoring.

The department deals with International Events & Incentives and monitoring and assistance of the incentives themselves such as: Global Rally, Eagle Manager, Chairman’s Bonus and other incentives outside the national territory. The person in charge is responsible for assisting the FBOs in achieving the available incentives and also in the post-qualification process for organizing the trip and related awards.

VALENTINA ABATE
The department deals with the management of corporate events, such as Success Day, Kick Off, new product launches, corporate video conferences, etc., designing and implementing the related communication and promotion activities in an integrated communication vision. It also manages the design of communication campaigns, including through Social Media, corporate communication FBOs and customers through newsletters and specific channels in line with corporate’s values and goals.
